1. Acceptance
By installing or using Sarix, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the software.
2. Description
Sarix is a security CLI tool that verifies scanner alerts using LLM providers. It is provided as open-source software with optional paid subscriptions (Pro, Ultra) for additional API calls and features.
3. Subscriptions
Paid plans (Pro at $5/month, Ultra at $15/month) are billed through our payment processor. You can cancel at any time. Pro includes a 3-day free trial.
4. Acceptable Use
You may not use Sarix to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Abuse or attempt to circumvent API rate limits
- Resell or redistribute license keys
- Reverse engineer the licensing system
5. Intellectual Property
Sarix is licensed under the MIT License. The core software is open source. License keys and backend services are proprietary.
6. Disclaimer
Sarix is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the software will be error-free or uninterrupted.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sarix and its maintainers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
8. Changes
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of Sarix after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
