If you are not satisfied with Sarix Pro or Ultra within 30 days of your first payment, contact us for a full refund. No questions asked.
Free Trial
Sarix Pro includes a 3-day free trial. You will not be charged until the trial ends. Cancel before the trial ends and you will not be billed.
Subscription Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time. After cancellation:
- Your license key remains active until the end of the current billing period
- No further charges will be made
- Refunds are not issued for partial months after the 30-day window
How to Request a Refund
Email avixosec@gmail.com with your order ID and we will process the refund within 5 business days.
Exceptions
Refunds will not be issued for accounts suspended due to violation of our Terms of Service.
